What is a Professional Organizer?

A professional organizer helps individuals or businesses declutter, organize, and optimize their spaces. They assist clients in creating systems and strategies to better manage their physical or digital environments.

What is the difference between an organizer and a cleaner?

While there may be some overlap in tasks, a professional organizer focuses on decluttering, organizing, and creating efficient systems for spaces and belongings. A professional cleaner, focuses on cleaning surfaces, floors, and other areas within a space, which may include removing dirt, dust, and grime.

Do you travel outside of Nashville, TN?

Yes we do! Each trip is quoted specifically based on the number of days, location, and time of year. The quote is inclusive of hotel, airfare, car rental, mileage, and expenses.

Are you responsible for donating or discarding my items?

No. The responsibility of donating and discarding items lies with the client.

What is the cancellation policy?

Please give us 24 hours of notice by phone when canceling or rescheduling an appointment. To reschedule another appointment date, another deposit is required.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept payments in the form of Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover using Square.

Do you take referrals?

Yes we do. For every 3 clients referred, who schedule and completes a service, will allot you 15% off of a future service.

Please note: any client referred should want organizing services.

Is there a Satisfaction Guarantee?

Yes! Services have a 7-day guarantee. We will come back to correct up to two minor modifications for free.
